A thankful statement to John Yo from Ssu Chang Li elementary school's principal  for the two gender classes  Student: "Dear teacher John Yo, thank you for sparing your time teaching us. Although we are naughty and noisy, you still correct us mildly. We all love to attend your classes, they are not only relaxing but also exciting. Thank your son is willing to take the class with us as well. Thank you! 1 John 5-10 5 This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all.  6 If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.  7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.  8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.  9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to f

2010 April Chinese people offer sacrifices to ancestors in QuingMing Festival

當然要,我們要主動參與絕不規避」 "Do we go to sweep tombs? Of course, we can participate in it actively without avoiding it." Chinese people have the custom to worship ancestors 這就已經成為敬拜偶像的活動了, "Eat the food worshiped the ancestors, burn ghost money for the dead to use in the underworld, place the incenses on the tombs to please the ancestors and pray for their protection and blessing to the descendants" are all for communicating, serving and invoking the ancestors. All above have been the activities of worshiping idols. Of course Christians can't sin by worshiping idols. We are not supposed to burn incenses, ghost money or place foods or goods to worship ancestors, for fear that we may mislead others to commit the sin of worshiping idols!

2010 April Easter Date

Easter Date is originally for worshiping "Spring Goddess (Eastre or Esteral)". But afterward, it has become a date of Catholic and Christianity.  The English word "Easter" is just from the name of goddess. So it was a date for gentiles to worship an idol.  Today Christian Church worships God on the first day of every seven days (1 Corin. 11:25), it not only remembers God's death (the Crucified date)  to have Lord's Supper once or twice a year. Lord's Church holds Lord's Supper   every Sunday (Acts 20:7), not only on Easter and Christmas! 1 Corinthians 11:25 In the same way, with the cup, after the meal, he said, This cup is the new testament in my blood: do this, whenever you take it, in memory of me. Acts 20:7 And on the first day
