Season's Greeting from John Yo's family! 聖誕節不是聖經的教導，如果我們的救主要我們慶祝祂的生日的話，祂一定會告訴我們當如何慶祝，幾時慶祝。但是，聖經中沒有一句經節記載，主自己或使徒們提過要信徒慶祝祂的生日。 Christmas Day is not the teaching of the bible. If our Lord wants us to celebrate His birthday He would surely tell us how and when. But, there is NO any verse saying that God Himself or apostles mentioned to celebrate HIS birthday.

It is great to study the bible together and encourage each other to follow God's Word.

John's family want to give thanks to you. Thanksgiving is not only for today but the whole year!

This Monday Taichung Church of Christ sent 20 tracts of "The church in the bible"  to Yuching Township, Tainan County.  Because brother Wang went there to study the bible with a lady named Qiu Jin Yuan.  Please Pray for the work!  

On Nov. 21, they had a Love Feast after worship. And sister Guo cut a cake again!

An Ordained Church (1 Cor.7:17) Seminar (Dec. 17-19)

After studying the bible in Hou Li, they celebrated sis. Mei Ying Guo's birthday.

Filipino Sis.  Eileen, her husband and two children came to worship from HsinChu to Taichung.

Ben preached first time on Oct. 31. He is the man!

John Yo said,  "Oct. 26 is our 20th anniversary!!!  We only thank God! Don't think being married means we've understood each other completely. And don't think your spouse's characters or hobbies won't change too much. We can't take the other as granted. Keep giving yourself and being obedient for the marriage!!!"

Christian life has nothing to lose but everything to gain.

Jedy, Amy and their son Jireh are here!  Jedy will lead a bible study in Tunghai University this afternoon, Oct. 23  and preach tomorrow, Oct. 24.

This morning 9:30 to 10:10 John Yo was in  Sihjhangli  elementary school teaching Gender Education. Love is patience; Love is kind. 

This week Taichung, Hualien and Kaohsiung churches copied the three tracts. There are seven more coming. Thank sister Tracy's help with the correction!
